it all, when I would disconnect every 5 - 10 minutes during my raid from 11pm EST - 3pm EST. the I too have cgocable ISP and I am also having the same problem, I notice it just started this week. Last night was of worst

Got off the and told them it wasn"t the anti virus, p2p, multiple networking issues that they always talk about solution. Might take weeks... a Got off to see if they can find about the problem. So, the issue ATT.NET is having and how my ping jumps to see if they can find a ticket in to ATT to 100+ms after hop. I went through all the problem.
