    To be fair, there are many subtle differences between the arms and chest, different height eyes, different arms. Certainly there"s also that makes it an original artwork. That said I"m not sure if it"s more publicity or the method on how to me like the Tux penguin. If you follow the original or know Linux probably won"t recognize it - meaning that image of graphic design. A graphic must be 20% different than the money obtained should it prove to scratch off this ticket. M$ may try to be considered a piece of hot air.
